Amazon Drivers Clarify Classes In FLSA Class Suit
A group of Illinois Amazon delivery drivers clarified the class allegations in their suit alleging the company and two contractors that directly employed them unfairly denied them overtime pay, separating their claims against all three from those against the contractors alone.

Drivers Sue Amazon, Contractors In Joint Employment Claims
Amazon.com and two of its contractors were slapped with a class action in Illinois federal court Tuesday by two delivery drivers alleging they were wrongly denied overtime and that Amazon has enough control over their work to be deemed liable for those wage violations as a joint employer.
