A North Carolina federal judge on Wednesday consolidated three proposed securities class actions alleging pharmaceutical company Cempra Inc. didn't disclose risks associated with an experimental antibiotic, named a group of lead plaintiffs and appointed Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP and Johnson & Weaver LLP as co-lead counsel.
