Kimberly-Clark Corp. was hit Thursday in California federal court with a false advertising suit by a rival medical supplies distributor, who claimed Kimberly advertised that its surgical gowns offered the highest level of protection against exposure to diseases, including Ebola, even though they didn't meet the specified industry guidelines.
