The Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund and Deloitte Consulting LLP have agreed to end a suit over a $25.8 million project to modernize the pension administration system, according to a stipulation filed Monday in Illinois federal court.

Deloitte Consulting LLP has slapped counterclaims onto a breach of contract suit brought by the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund over a $25.8 million computing project, accusing the fund of copying and modifying copyrighted software Deloitte provided as part of the now-defunct deal.
