Green Bay Packers nose tackle Mike Pennel will miss the team's final four regular-season games to serve a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy, the league said Tuesday after Pennel had filed a lawsuit alleging the league and players union had not properly handled his suspension appeal under the policy.
