A California federal judge on Monday dismissed an investor class action against Dynavax Technologies Corp. for a second time, telling investors they could not take another stab at claiming the biopharmaceutical company caused share prices to plunge after misrepresenting the safety of its Heplisav vaccine for hepatitis B.
