Two companies that won a $3.5 million arbitral award against Dynamic International Airways LLC relating to a botched gig to ferry thousands of religious pilgrims between Indian and Saudi Arabia urged a North Carolina federal court Friday to confirm the award and said Dynamic must at least post a bond if it wants the case paused.
