    Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. escaped two of more than a dozen claims against it in a putative class action over allegedly defective heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems that emitted "noxious and foul odors" and airborne mold after a California federal judge granted the automaker partial summary judgment Friday.
