Lands' End Shakes Motel Operator's Junk Fax Suit
A Connecticut federal judge has axed a proposed class action accusing Lands' End of unlawfully disseminating junk faxes, finding that the motel operator leading the dispute had agreed to receive faxes from its then-franchisor's approved vendors, which included the clothing retailer.

Lands' End Hit With TCPA Suit Over Junk Faxes
Clothing retailer Lands' End was hit with a putative class action in Connecticut federal court on Wednesday that accuses it of benefiting from unsolicited faxed ads that wasted the time and resources of thousands of recipients.
