Crystallex To Fight PDVSA's Escape From $1.4B Arbitral Row

Citgo Parent Blasts ConocoPhillips 'Rehash' Of Fraud Claims
A unit of Venezuela's state-owned oil company that owns U.S. refiner Citgo Petroleum Corp. asked a Delaware federal judge on Wednesday to dismiss a lawsuit brought by ConocoPhillips Co. over an alleged sham transaction, saying the energy company's claims are just a "rehash" of those in three other lawsuits related to the transactions.
