Airlines Group Asks 9th Circ. To End Delta Wage Suit

The lead lobbying group for the nation's largest airlines told the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday that a putative class action alleging Delta should've provided state-mandated wage statements to flight attendants must be snuffed out because applying state wage-and-hour regulations to flight crews would burden interstate commerce and result in unworkable patchwork regulations for airlines.
