A New Jersey federal judge Wednesday dismissed a proposed class action that claims Edible Arrangements makes it unreasonably hard for customers to opt out of receiving text message advertisements, saying the lead plaintiff failed to state a claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act though she had U.S. Supreme Court standing to sue.
