Applesauce Pouch Row Must Be Arbitrated At ICC, Co. Says
A maker of squeezable applesauce pouches told a New York federal court Monday that a contract it has with a pouch-packing company mandates that a $45 million contract dispute between the companies be arbitrated before the International Chamber of Commerce, despite the packing company's objections.

A pouch packaging company filed suit in New York federal court Tuesday looking to block its applesauce manufacturer business partner from international arbitration proceedings alleging contract breach and seeking more than $45 million, proceedings the packing company says aren't allowed under the contract.
