Wis. Credit Union Cuts Deal To End $2M Overdraft Fees Suit
A Wisconsin credit union accused of wrongfully charging its customers more than $2 million in overdraft fees has agreed to refund some of those fees and change its overdraft practices as part of a deal to resolve a proposed class action brought by one of its members.

Wis. Credit Union Accused Of Violating Overdraft Rules
A credit union with some $3.2 billion in assets was hit with a potential class action in Wisconsin federal court on Thursday that accuses it of charging its customers overdraft fees in a way that violates the Electronic Funds Transfer Act and various state laws.
