Cybersecurity services company CyberSponse, accused by competitor Swimlane of false advertising and defamation in an intellectual property dispute, urged an Arizona judge Wednesday to disqualify Snell & Wilmer LLP attorneys from representing Swimlane in court, citing its own previous relationship with the law firm.
