Disney Gets MagicBand Patent Infringement Suit Dropped
Walt Disney Parks and Resorts escaped a patent infringement suit over technology used in its MagicBand products, which monitor park visitors' attendance and purchase history, after a Texas federal judge dismissed on Tuesday the suit brought by the sons of the now-deceased patent holder.
