    Dog Groomer Hounds Court To Retrieve Insurance Coverage

    Illinois dog grooming company Beach for Dogs Corp. asked a federal judge on Friday to enter a partial summary judgment that its insurer, Sentinel Insurance Co., was both obligated to defend it in an underlying trademark suit over the "Beach for Dogs" business logo and brand from rival Woofbeach and that it had breached its contract by not initially indemnifying Beach for Dogs.
