Loop Loses IP Suit Over Atty's 'Unprofessional Conduct'
A California federal judge said he was finally fed up with an attorney's antics in a contentious trade secrets dispute, throwing out her client's case after months of "unprofessionalism," including refusal to comply with orders and, at one point, throwing or spilling iced coffee on her opponent, according to an order Thursday.
