The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission accused trucking company CRST Expedited Inc. in Florida federal court Thursday of failing to accommodate, refusing to hire and retaliating against a veteran who applied for a job with the company because he uses a service dog to manage his post-traumatic distress disorder and mood disorder.
