A Florida federal judge on Wednesday shifted to Iowa federal court a suit by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission accusing trucking company CRST International Inc. of illegally refusing to hire a military veteran because he used an emotional support dog to help him cope with post-traumatic stress.

EEOC Says Trucking Co. Didn't Hire Veteran Over Service Dog
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission accused trucking company CRST Expedited Inc. in Florida federal court Thursday of failing to accommodate, refusing to hire and retaliating against a veteran who applied for a job with the company because he uses a service dog to manage his post-traumatic distress disorder and mood disorder.
