Sunscreen Mist Holdings LLC filed a suit in Florida federal court Friday accusing a rival of infringing its patent for an automatic sunscreen application vending machine and telling customers that its competing device is the first of its kind to secure clients like a Hyatt Regency hotel in Florida.
