Forever 21 Inc. will pursue its claims that Adidas AG is a trademark “bully” in the sneaker giant’s home state of Oregon rather than California, according to court documents filed Monday.

Forever 21 Inc. sued Adidas AG in California federal court on Friday for taking enforcement of its "three stripe" trademark too far, calling Adidas a "bully" for allegedly threatening Forever 21 with litigation over clothing that features more than three stripes.
