Archdiocese Seeks Coverage Of Suit Over Abuse Reporting
A Washington Catholic archdiocese on Monday asked a federal judge to find that its excess insurer must provide coverage of a lawsuit alleging it failed to report signs that children at one of its schools had been abused by their father, arguing that the underlying claims fall within the scope of the "sexual misconduct" coverage in its policy.
