A California federal judge ruled Monday that while Amazon can force arbitration of a proposed class action that accused its subsidiary audio book seller Audible of scamming consumers through its prepaid credit program, Audible itself cannot compel arbitration of the claims as its customer use agreements aren't clearly displayed when consumers sign up for the service.
