A New York federal judge on Tuesday appointed the Rosen Law Firm PA and Goldberg Law PC as co-lead counsel in an investor suit accusing sustainable chemicals company BioAmber Inc. of failing to disclose that its expected $2.8 million sale of succinic acid got postponed.

Sustainable chemicals company BioAmber Inc. didn't tell investors that its expected $2.8 million sale of succinic acid got postponed to 2017, despite touting increased revenue projections during its secondary public offering in January, a putative proposed class of shareholders have alleged in New York federal court.
