NBA Agent Says Poaching Suit Belongs In Federal Court
An attorney and top NBA agent, who is facing a lawsuit by his former agency for allegedly poaching prospective clients and other agents, urged a California federal judge Monday not to send the case back to state court, saying that while the case itself is flawed and should be dismissed, only a federal court can make that determination.
