An investor in FBR & Co. agreed Tuesday to end his proposed class action in Virginia federal court over alleged omissions in the investment bank's disclosures to shareholders about its $160 million acquisition by B. Riley Financial Inc., saying his suit prompted additional disclosures that mooted the original claims.
