Celadon Investors Seek Initial OK On $5.5M Stock-Drop Deal
Celadon Group Inc. investors asked a New York federal judge Thursday for preliminary approval of a $5.5 million settlement in a stock-drop class action over undisclosed government investigations and alleged accounting issues that forced the commercial trucking business to restate its financials for the past four years.
