A Massage Envy franchise operator broke the law when it fired an employee who planned to travel to Ghana over fears that she would carry the Ebola virus upon her return to the United States, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said in a lawsuit filed on Wednesday in Florida federal court.
