Subaru Can't Ditch Suit Over Faulty Windshields
Subaru of America Inc. can't derail a suit by drivers claiming it sold vehicles with faulty windshields that spontaneously cracked and failed to repair them, a federal judge in California said Wednesday, finding the drivers have standing and adequately pled that Subaru knew of the defects.

Subaru Sold Vehicles With Faulty Windshields, Drivers Say
Subaru of America Inc. has knowingly sold vehicles with faulty windshields and has failed to repair the defect or reimburse customers, according to a putative class action filed by drivers Thursday in California federal court.
