Ericsson Inc. has agreed to settle a New Jersey real estate developer's breach-of-contract lawsuit alleging the telecommunications company refused to allow the developer to bring its own environmental inspector to look at a property before fully closing on a $15 million deal, according to a filing Wednesday.
