A South African woman employed as a spa facialist on board a Princess Cruise Lines ship urged a Florida federal judge on Wednesday to deny the cruise line's bid to arbitrate in the Bahamas her suit over an alleged rape that took place while she was off-duty, arguing that the alleged assault has nothing do with an arbitration provision in her employment agreement.
