A Pennsylvania fracking water hauler has agreed to pay more than $185,000 in back wages and damages to about 80 employees it owed overtime in a settlement filed Monday to resolve an enforcement action brought by the federal government.

A Pennsylvania water-hauling firm failed to pay its workers overtime for at least the latter half of 2017, according to a complaint the U.S. Department of Labor filed in a Pittsburgh federal court Friday.
