Akorn Disclosure-Only Deals Axed Over 'Worthless' Info
An Illinois federal judge canceled disclosure-only settlements Monday that would have resolved three suits against pharmaceutical company Akorn Inc. and its board of directors over the company's acquisition by competitor Fresenius Kabi AG, ordering the investors' counsel to return more than $320,000 in attorney fees.
