LeVar Burton's Use Of 'Reading Rainbow' Mark Put On Hold
Actor LeVar Burton, host of the children's literacy show "Reading Rainbow," must turn over control of the show's website to the public broadcaster that claims he's infringing their copyrights, according to a New York federal court order Tuesday that also bars him from referring to his podcast as "Reading Rainbow for adults," which allegedly steps on the show's trademarked title.
