A Delaware federal judge on Monday extended his finding that generic-drug makers infringed valid claims for patents covering Teva's cancer drug Bendeka to dozens of untried patent claims, saying pretrial agreements to do so applied no matter which side won.

Teva Prevails As Judge Rules Generic Cancer Drugs Infringe
A Delaware federal judge ruled Monday that planned generic versions of the cancer drug Bendeka from four companies infringe a total of five patents owned by Eagle Pharmaceuticals and licensed to Teva, keeping the generics off the market for over a decade.
