Members of the Cheyenne and Arapaho tribes of Oklahoma hit the tribe's governor, former tribal officials, several nontribe members and two law firms with a complaint on Monday, alleging that they conspired to take control of the tribes' casino operations and gambling revenues, in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
