Sonic Customers Push To Centralize Data Breach MDL In Okla.
Class representatives in one of a handful of suits filed against fast-food restaurant chain Sonic Drive-In after it admitted to a massive customer data breach told the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Monday that they support centralization of their claims in the Western District of Oklahoma.
