A California federal court gave an initial green light Monday to a $2 million settlement between the company that operates Disneyland and workers who claimed they were shorted on overtime and incentive pay, though the judge expressed reservations about the attorney fees requested.

Disney Workers Seek Cert. In Wage-And-Hour Row
A proposed class of Disney workers has asked a California federal judge to certify classes of employees in a wage-and-hour suit, saying they've met their burden of showing the company miscalculated pay for premium jobs and didn't pay out overtime or premiums for employees who worked through their lunch breaks.
