Allied World Specialty Insurance Co. will not reimburse prescription drug benefit administrator Benecard Services Inc. for a settlement reached in a $75 million suit over its bungled managing of Medicare Part D plans, the insurer said in a suit filed Thursday in New Jersey federal court.
