Fed. Circ. Upholds Yamaha's Win In Speaker Patent Case
The Federal Circuit on Friday upheld a lower court's ruling that cleared Yamaha products of infringing a patent for loudspeakers, while also leaving in place a decision that will require the inventor to pay more than $364,000 for Yamaha's attorneys' fees.
