Mattress Firm Workers Must Arbitrate OT Claims, Judge Says
A Massachusetts federal judge ruled Thursday that more than a half-dozen Mattress Firm Inc. employees must individually arbitrate their claims that they were illegally not paid overtime, saying that an arbitration pact they agreed to that included a class action waiver was enforceable.
