Advisory Services Firm Aims To Exit Health Plan Co.'s Suit
An advisory services firm accused of being part of a plot to defraud Black Wolf Consulting LLC by misappropriating money meant for employee benefit plans urged an Illinois federal judge on Friday to toss the suit, saying there was a stay order in a separate case involving the U.S. Department of Labor that would bar the present suit.

Health Plan Co. Accused Of Fraud Sues Co-Defendants
Two months after the U.S. Department of Labor obtained a restraining order on companies administering health plans for small businesses for allegedly failing to pay $26 million in medical bills, Illinois-based Black Wolf Consulting LLC on Friday sued its former business partners, claiming it was caught up in the scheme and became an unwitting participant.
