A California federal judge on Thursday combined three separate shareholder suits over an acquisition by Roche Holding AG of cancer drugmaker Ignyta Inc. valued at $1.7 billion, putting the three similar sets of claims over financial disclosures under one judge's purview.

Shareholders for California-based cancer-drug maker Ignyta Inc. are alleging that the company has failed to disclose pertinent financial information ahead of a pending $1.7 billion acquisition by Roche Holding AG, in a lawsuit filed in California federal court.
