WB Music Corp. can keep its infringement suit against a streaming company accused of broadcasting its copyrighted songs, according to a California federal judge's ruling Tuesday that found a missing space in the streaming company's name in the complaint wasn't enough to derail the whole case.

WB Music Corp. accused FutureToday Inc., which distributes video channels through smart TV platforms, of infringing its copyrights through audio channels that play songs from various genres in a suit filed in California federal court Wednesday.
