    Eni Asks 5th Circ. To Undo Transocean's Win Over Drill Ship

    U.S. oil and gas company Eni urged the Fifth Circuit to overturn a decision against it in a dispute over a faulty drilling rig, saying the trial court misinterpreted its contract when it ruled that it was in breach of contract for cutting off its agreement with a drilling company.
