HP, Agilent Settle Stanford University's Superfund Suit
A California federal judge has tossed, for now, Stanford University's Superfund suit against Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies over the presence of hazardous substances on its property, after being advised that a pending resolution will settle all disputes in the case, according to an order issued Wednesday.
