The Trump administration's decision to terminate Temporary Protected Status for more than 200,000 people from El Salvador, Haiti, Nicaragua and Sudan violates the constitutional rights of the immigrants and their children, the American Civil Liberties Union said in filing a proposed class action in California federal court Monday.
