Patent Atty Asks 6th Circ. To Revive Ford Employment Fight
A patent attorney in Michigan who accused Ford Motor Co. of conspiring to block her from getting hundreds of prospective jobs urged the Sixth Circuit over the weekend to revive her suit, saying the federal judge who dismissed her claims erred in finding there was an alternative explanation for the alleged conspiracy.
