Express Scripts Beats Latest Pharmacy Patient Poaching Suit
A Missouri federal judge on Thursday tossed out the latest in a string of suits brought by pharmacies accusing Express Scripts Inc. of using patient prescription data to poach patents from them, ruling that Express Scripts used the data appropriately under agreements between it and the pharmacies.
