The former head of Bumble Bee tuna is once again facing a price-fixing suit in Kansas after a California federal judge revived multidistrict litigation brought by a wholesale grocery chain against the CEO, Christopher Lischewski.

Bumble Bee Foods LLC's former CEO urged the California federal judge overseeing tuna price-fixing multidistrict litigation to reject on Friday a wholesale grocery distributor's bid to revive its suit against the incarcerated executive, saying it just "rehashes" issues already addressed by the court.
